        I ordered the Ubbink OFT4 110mm, however despite their own datasheet saying the item had a flange diameter of 395mm with a height above roof of 300mm, they sent me a 131mm option with a larger flange, and greater height above roof with a reducer and rudely claimed this was the only option. They refused to accept their own literature stated otherwise and offered no explanation or apology. The item itself looked very good, but the service was appalling.
