I am really delightful for having the system back to work, many thanks to Harry Aldridge for his support and effort on the last couple of days.

Cannot speak for customer service however was almost knocked off the road by irresponsible driver, A1 south bound in a Ford ranger with igus company logo on, number plate ending in UZJ. Driver cut up other drivers, was hitting at least 90mph, tail gated and forced me to emergency brake as they nearly took me out with a very close over take when three lanes merged into two. Can only hope driver responsible won't cause an accident in the future.
