I had a problem with the radiator in my Jaguar XK140. I live in the West of Ireland and I had difficulty sourcing one in time, but when I phoned Andy at NAR Group he was extremely helpful and very obliging. Couldn't ask for a better support service. 5 Stars. Highly recommended on every front. Thank you very much Andy for your time and consideration.

Took a radiator in, asked them to check and clean it. Told should be ready following day. Five days later I get a call to say it was cleaned but didnt think the flow rate was that good, so recommended replacing the vanes, I asked how much and was quoted 475+ VAT! A new one only cost 288. Then charged me 78 for the clean.unbelievable. Go somewhere else! With regards to your response below Firstly I put it in to be pressure tested , cleaned and flow rate checked NOT REPAIRED. Secondly, when you called 4 days after it should have ready, you said the flow rate wasnt as good as you thought it could be, at no point did you say it was blocked. Thirdly, you offered to replace the vanes, NOT BUILD A COMPLETE NEW ONE. Finally, you said well it might be alright, fit it back on your vehicle and try it The radiator didnt look any different to when I dropped it off to you, so your cleaning clearly doesnt work. And for your information the radiator was made in America NOT China, if fact if you had looked at it, it clearly stated on the side of the radiator On another note, I see that one of your 5 star reviews is in fact done by an employee, I wonder why
