Worst delivery company we have ever dealt with. Got wrong address after that refused to take box inside, my husband went to get something to open box when he came back already put the box on lorry. Threatened husband kept asking for my husband to hit him!! Was delivering a chair to a carehome for my husbands brother which was desperately needed, shame on them should be sacked. What made it worse they were rude to a member of staff at the care home who was trying to help, you should be employing people who want jobs not ignorant rude people.

Received 3 emails to say my delivery is due today , I've taken the afternoon off work so iam here for my delivery , only to receive one at gone 6am to say no haven't received your parcel !!!!! Company was very eager to appear on TV to say we are having defibs at all our depots , but we cannot deliver you package , well let's see what Panasonic says

Worst delivery company we have ever dealt with. Got wrong address after that refused to take box inside, my husband went to get something to open box when he came back already put the box on lorry.
