Full cylinder and mechanism replacement, gave a quote at the beginning with what would need to be done and a side note of if this is also broken will need to do this at x amount. Of course we needed it all replacing, which was not a shock to us as it was going anyway. As our door is an older model needed an extra part which needed to be ordered. So did what he could on the Friday and made sure the door was secure and came back to fix the rest today. The gentleman that did the work was polite and efficient was done within an hour each time and checked I was happy with what he had done, I wanted some changes made and he was able to do what I asked quickly. Very happy to have a working and secure door again.
