        I contacted Franklins after trying to use the in house solicitors the estate agents recommended (who were useless) and I wish I had just gone to Franklins in the first place. It was my first property purchase but everyone at Franklins made it a smooth process, answered every question I had, kept me updated throughout, were very timely in their responses, explained everything and were very pleasant people. I can't recommend them enough!

        Absolutely shocking company. Making the chains journey more stressful. Denise definitely needs to be more proactive with her time management. They simply don't care and work in there own time regardless to deadlines. In a nut shell - They just done care. Definitely worth choosing a company who are way more proactive & efficient.
