I am a 70+ pensioner whos bought and sold many times over the years but my 2022/3 sale and purchase was, frankly a (no fault) nightmare with 3 collapses in our chain. Yana and Jasmin at the Northampton branch were absolutely brilliant in every way is seeing our conveyance through. Yana answers every email- usually in minutes - and was proactive in communicating with us. Others in our chains were frustrated by a lack of communication from their legal reps but we were always ahead of the others and always ready at every stage. Finally, the legal charges were as per the original estimate despite the extra work involved in collapsing chains. Yana was great throughout!

We had a fantastic experience working with Bishopsgate Law. As first time buyers, we were required more help on how to proceed. At the beginning we had difficulty with the registration but Katya solved the problem for us in a few hours. Niharika and Jayne dealt with the house purchase process in a very timely manner and were always very prompt in replying to our emails and never needed to call them.
