        DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, Customer for 3 years & never made a claim until this year,had to have a faulty front door lock replaced. Sent invoice, damage report & photo`s but Assist refused to pay the claim of 125 saying this was "wear & tear" so if your roof leaks would that be classed the same? please do not waste your time or money with this company, they should change their name to NON Assist.

        They promised a lot but delivered nothing. They were unable to provide me with a quote for car insurance and buildings / contents insurance. They blamed their underwriters for this. This may be true, but thats their problem and not mine. I did find a solution with another insurance broker, so I was not exactly asking the impossible to begin with. Overall a huge disappointment.
