Due to Covid and Covid related problems our house has been delayed by 5 months! At first we understood the situation as it was a very difficult time for everyone but then as we were approaching completion date we felt that there was more that could be done from the side of the sales team.
We have experienced lack of communication, honesty and candour.
And as we are aware our neighbours have experienced similar problems.
We are really happy now that we've moved in and are in process of getting all of our snags fixed.
We've seen many new build houses and know that Countryside is one of the better ones you could buy, but again communication must be improved if you want to keep your reputation good and customers happy.
