        Im carer to a blind lady and her CO2 alarm started going off this afternoon. I called NPH and they told her to stay in the house for 24 hours until an emergency engineer comes out. She is moving home and has no furniture or anything in the house and it is impossible for her to stay overnight. They expect her to sleep on the floor! They even asked me to take a day off work to stay with her. Realistically they should have agreed to call one hour before attending but they refused to do that. WELL DONE NPH THIS SHOULD BE A WAKE UP CALL TO YOU!!!!
