        First appointment the cleaner lady was 45 mins late, but they still charged me for the full 2 hrs of service. After complaining, they said that I would get a discount of the next cleaning service. But the lady never turned up. The week after they cancelled my cleaning service because they said they don't have anyone to do the cleaning as the lady resigned. I would never use them again. Service: Standard cleaning
