Today was not my best experience compared to other days. Lost twenty plus minutes trying to find a place to park... Booked in and the ticket machine wasn't working so they allocated a number to you which worked well. The place was extremely busy so my appointment time was missed by around 30 plus mins it didn't help with me turning up late due to no parking except for one further away.. So not perfect but a great job with the available resources.. Keep up the good work. I'll just have to leave even earlier for the parking issues
