        I put my flat up on the market to sell and found a buyer very easily. With all the cladding issues when it comes to flats, my buyer was unable to get a mortgage but Keepmoat and in particular Michelle Filer did everything they could to get all the necessary work done in order for me to move. I called at 3pm to question and see what they were going to do in order to ensure that I was able to sell my flat and by 9am the next day they had confirmed that they were going to do all that is necessary to allow me to move. Michelle went above and beyond her job and made this process be as smooth as possible. Without all the work that Michelle did for this we wouldnt have been able to exchange today!
