Bought a service via Groupon, received an abrupt WhatsApp message (not even a phone call) to say "Not on Groupon anymore, I've cancelled but they've not removed me from there yet, you'll need to get a refund from them". No greeting with my name, no discussion or genuine apology. More importantly, she didn't even try to upsell to me. I needed a hair cut, I would have probably still used her salon but she didn't even offer to still try and assist me with my hair or needs. It's baffling. The worst bit is, Groupon won't refund me and are insisting they credit my Groupon account instead. So I'm actually 15 out of pocket. Very unprofessional experience indeed, not the sort of service you would expect or ever want to use in the future to be honest.

Still getting used to new hairdressers. Nice salon and friendly. Bit on the expensive side by about 5 and I wouldn't pay more. Parking tight but not impossible.
