Firstly they are all really nice ladies and gents , but after having 300 nano hair extensions done Wednesday last week I was left feeling very down , I came for a consultation with Mia and was advised to have nano tip extensions over other types I paid the 300 and left came back on the Wednesday had them fitted at the time of fitting they were sliding down my hair I was advised by Mia my hair was very soft and they werent gripping she did her best but within 2 days I had lost 12-15 of the nanos so I was asked to come back and have them taken out and re fitted with different grip clips which I did but even after having a cleansing shampoo to dry out my hair and a refit with new clips once again day 2 I have 5 out already and 3 2cm done my hair I havent brushed of styled it out of fear of them slipping I followed all instructions given , Mia did state that nanos are for Damaged hair which mine is definitely not but regardless of that I have been refused a refund unless I come back again to have them taken out Monday , unfortunately I am having a serious knee operation Friday and have a lot of appointments this week coming , also a 1 year old baby whine Ive already to have baby sat for 8 hours after having to have them fitted twice and removed once , plus the damage that having them removed again within a week isnt advised by prestige themselves. All in all a treat for myself to help with low self esteem after a very challenging 2 years has ended in me feeling really upset and annoyed at having wasted 300. As the nano hair is not fit for purpose as my hair type isnt recommended for this kind of extension. That said Mia did try hard and although I was only her second human head (I found this out during my appointment) I hope this is a learning opportunity that not all hair types are suitable for nano tip extensions But as this is a very expensive procedure I did expect to be advised properly and for a professional result which I definitely have not got.
