Honestly, I dont know where to start. Ive never been so embarrassed for someone. How can you tell the manager multiple times what you want and they go against what you want. Now my roots are black and I have the worst balayage if I can call it that. I wanted to keep my root colour dark brown and lighten the rest of my hair in a full balayage so it would cause little damage. Compared to a full bleach. But instead they do half a head and leave me with strips of black going through. Im just shocked. Everytime I tried to mention this to the manager she refused to listen and spoke over me and would walk away. Shes a rude woman and for someone who apparently has had 13-14 years experience in the industry you would think you could tell between dark brown and black. At the end I was ready to pay 155? What? For a balayage. She said yes we used olaplex on you, 20 extra. I mentioned at the start olaplex is very heavy on my hair and I wouldnt recommend using it as it drys it out. But no she didnt listen and of course I did not pay for the extra charge. Its like if someone came to my work and I gave them a free shot but then after I said sorry thatll be 5.99. Make it make sense love. So then the total was 135 for absolute garbage. Dry ends, my hair not even styled and not even an apology. If it was me running this business I would get rid off this miserable manager and hire someone who actually knows what they are doing. After I went to another salon and they agreed with the patches in my hair the colour being off. So thank you for nothing. Dont go here!!!!! Service: Hairstyling
