I am so glad that I found Debbi. She is so friendly and welcoming, I feel I have known her for years! She gave me very professional advice regarding which extensions would be best for me given that I have fine hair and her products and aftercare advice are second to none. Her results are so amazing, no-one ever realises I have extensions unless I tell them, they look so natural. I would recommend her to anyone considering extensions, you are in the safest hands

Debbi is so friendly and a true expert in her field- she really went the extra mile to provide me with a perfect colour match and long glorious hair. I can't recommend Debbi enough to anyone considering having hair extensions fitted. I am so, so in love with my hair now. The products she has in stock are absolutely fabulous too, they leave my hair super silky and smelling lucious.

She made my hair looks amazing! BUT..... Lasted 2 weeks!!! I brought my own hair extension aftercare kit as I work in the business . She tried to sell me her own kit after spending 450 with her! And then blamed me for the reason as to why it was shedding! I went for the most expensive method (raccoon hot fusion) bas she assured me it was the best, when really she was just trying to get more money from me! Everyone who Ive spoken to said it was the worst type of method, it sheds so much! Well I wish I had listened! 2 weeks after having them done it was shedding an awful lot, she said the only solution would be to have them all out and refitted, wanting to charge me another 160!!!! Joke right? I didnt have the money after what I paid for them so she let me pay when I got paid which was good of her! HOWEVER.... in that week after having them refitted they kept SHEDDING!!!! I refused to pay!!!!!! She dont care about her customers atall! Week by week it was getting thinner and thinner! I had to sit there and pick every single bond (that I had left) out by myself! I had them in for a total of 8 weeks!!!! AVOID!!!! Luckily Ive found someone else to do them for me who I highly recommend! She is free lance so you wouldnt find her on google! She works with beauty works hair (she first trained in raccoon) and said she glad she changed to beauty works! The hair is guaranteed 9 months!! Im now booked in for a full head 18 and it comes with after care kit worth 40! All for just 280!!! AMAZING just wish I found her sooner! She didnt offer it free of charge as she claims! I refused to pay after she guaranteed me it would stop shedding! (You should never gaurantee) she didnt do it out of good will! I refused to pay and I havent heard from her since!

Had the Brazilian smoothing treatment. Wow what a difference it makes to my hair! Would definitely recommend this treatment to anyone who suffers from frizzy hair and hates having to use straighteners every day. Absolutely five star service from Debbie
