        I have been a member of Unit 22 now for over 3 years and I absolutely love it. Everyone is friendly, supportive and encouraging. It is so much more than a gym, there is a great sense of community. I really look forward to my training days and hate it if I have to miss them. It is great for both my physical and mental health. The classes are varied and fun and can be tailored to suit ALL abilities. There is also an open gym if you prefer to do your own thing. As for the coaches, they are coaches of many talents! To name just a few you have an osteopath, a specialist in womens health, pre/post natal specialists, Mac nutritionist experts and a few of the coaches are also qualified in sports massage. It doesnt matter what level of fitness you are all classes can be adapted. I have an injury so I have to adapt a lot of the programmed workouts and the coaches are always on hand to help me find an alternative.

        Unit 22 is a very good gym to train at. The staff are very friendly and helpful, so are the members. If you are looking to a place to train in Northampton with a coach, look no more. Also, if you are looking to train individually , this will be very good choice, you will always have enough of equipment needed for strength & conditioning training!
