        Good gym, has everything I need, plus pool and sauna. Been going there every day for two years now. The best time to get a proper workout is morning hours. 4-5pm is incredibly busy and full of noobs.

        This gym can be overcrowded sometimes (gym and sauna), but all in all (for me) it is the BEST in Northampton if you consider price, facilities, location, courses, membership flexibility and staff politeness. Thank You!
