        Being in a shopping centre it's a small gym but they've crammed in a lot of kit which makes it very close. Small changing rooms, cold showers and a PT that needs some retraining on conduct are a few let downs.

        For the love of God PLEASE consider getting a window or two in that place. It's really affecting my mental health, took myself two years to realise why I didn't enjoy the gym as much as anywhere else I have been to for workouts. Not only does its always stuffy in there and it smells like blocked toilets, it makes no sense having no natural light in the room. I've already started looking for other gyms, I don't think I can carry on doing this. I hope someone sees this review and takes action!!!!
