I have only attended two classes here so far, and they have been incredible.. I struggle with some of the things required, and James and Rob both helped me find things I could do to make it better, while still giving me a tough workout. At no point did I feel judged by them or the others in the class.. Both during and after, the others encouraged and helped me.. I plan on continuing to go to chamber for a long long time..

Chamber is a independent facility run by a committed team that coach you to achieve more than you think you can. My experience attending lunchtime fire sessions coached by Rob, James, and Shaun are highly recommend. As well as the team spirit Saturday morning sessions that will definitely have you on the right path to achieving your health and fitness goals. Its one of the first facilities in Northampton I have personally trained at that is friendly and Im know by my first name and I feel comfortable to continue training at. The facility is clean and well equipped with a social area for coffee and catch up chats with friends. If you want to achieve your health and fitness goals ~ I highly recommend you give this facility a go.

A small, but high quality, independent gym that is incredibly friendly. The atmosphere is inclusive, motivational and it's like being part of a little community. Loads of classes and brand new equipment to chose from.
