I found derogatory language had been used by at least two Nene CCG staff when they chatted about me in their internal emails.
Emails also said they had obtained third hand information about me, which they later qualified was not written down? So probably gossip?
Another staff member stated I had turned down a care package - unfortunately the staff member had guessed the wrong person as no care package has ever been offered to me.
I found staff falsifying information to each other about me - according to their correspondence - my solicitor had emailed requesting information. But I dont have a solicitor, advocate or helper. It was just a false statement created by Nene Commissioning staff to cast me as a complainant.
I also found that Nene Commissioning staff had not read detailed information sent by my GP to support my case for help.
I also discovered staff saying that I had not granted Nene CCG staff access to my medical - when clearly I have by email.
Following my discovery I raised a complaint in Autumn 2018, I then spoke to a senior member of staff to explain the problems I have and the issues I had found.
Sadly, I am still waiting for a response in October 22
I suspect that I am not be the only person subjected to organisational abuse by Nene Commissioning staff.
I am a cancer patient.
