My family have got to know Kevin and his staff very well over the past few years. We can honestly say there is no one else we would trust with our loved ones. Even friends of our older relatives who initially said they were going to use different funeral directors were so impressed with their professional and compassionate way we were all treated, they now say Kevin is their preferred choice . We used Kevin Matthews funeral directors for my mother-in-law's funeral and I would highly recommend them. All the arrangements were perfect and very sensitively managed. We felt we were in excellent hands, nothing was too much trouble and a very difficult time was made easier by their efficient and empathetic service.

Excellent service from start to finish. Kevin Matthews provided a professional service throughout; each interaction with them was not only kind and considerate but also clear and concise. Natalie and Shaun were fantastic throughout, taking the time to clarify any information we were unsure of, in a caring and gentle manner. I would highly recommend Kevin Matthews. They helped us to organise an elegant and dignified send off.

The team at Kevin Matthews Balmoral Road, could not have been any more professional, helpful, caring & totally considerate to all our needs for the recent funeral of our loved one Danuta Hust. Our special requirements to accommodate an Anglo/Ukrainian funeral were all met without hesitation & with immediate response on any phone call enquiry.
