I recently had the devastating task of arranging a cremation for our angel baby. Something no person or parent every imagines they would have to do. I really did not know where to start. After finding Mark Elliot Funeral Services on Google, with already great reviews, I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Jane and tried to explain (not very well) what it is that I needed help with. She was so kind and caring, I instantly felt less anxious after speaking with her. Mark and Jane took care of all the arrangements needed, offered varying options and were supportive with whatever we chose. Mark was so honest and open about the process so that we were fully aware of the situation. Jane kept in touch via phone regularly to ensure we were kept up to date throughout. When collecting the ashes, we were once again welcomed warmly by both Jane and Mark. It felt very easy to speak to both of them and they were so supportive. Mark presented the ashes in the most beautiful bear which showed their attention to detail. They really do go above and beyond. What was one of the hardest and painful things we have ever had to do, Mark and Jane made it so much more bearable. We are so thankful.

The best service that anyone experiencing the loss of a loved one could wish for. Mark and Jane were amazing, uplifting and could not do enough to help. Highly recommended. Thank you both for everything you have done for my family, you are two very special people!
