We purchased a ford Mustang Mach E last March 2022 from Allen Fords. The car has been back to them on five occasions as the battery is not giving the 259 miles the car is supposed to do. Its only getting 145 miles which is no where near the stated miles. We requested that ford take the car back only to be told that they can not but if we sell it back to them they will give us 30,000 the car cost 47,300 new That's 17,300 deprecations. Never have a had a car that has lost that much in one year. So basically don't by a car from Allen fords because they don't have any morals and just want to rip customers off.

We dealt with Bethany. She was always so helpful and friendly. She always kept us upto date with the progress while we waited for our car and was always happy to help with any queries.

My dad recently purchased a used car from the Ford dealership. He was looked after by Sid. He is a really lovely friendly guy that helps you with any concerns you have and helps you to find the car you want. If your looking for a Ford car go to him, you won't be disappointed.
