        I have been using BCK for several years and have found them an excellent company to work with . There are slightly cheaper companies who say they offer the same solution but I have stayed away from them as BCK have offered me such a great service.

        Provided quote for sprinkler system for loft conversion as needed by regs. After refusing an on-site visit (which was specifically requested), they arrived and then said the planned system would not work, for which they charged us for a wasted day, when it rather felt like they could avoided this with a site visit. They also charged us a "design fee", without warning or prior agreement. For the design that didn't work. Total loss 420 for absolutely no product or service whatsoever. They did offer a redesign for a system that was triple the cost, and the installers were as helpful as they could be with planning new design - just a shame the designers/managers avoid site visits and hide behind T&Cs when taking your money. Strangely enough we're going elsewhere. Avoid.
