I'm astonished by some of some of the reviews albeit 2 - 3 years ago and i respect their views and all good. In all honesty as a member for 10 years or more, from my experience commsave has always been transparent and when I request a withdrawal it happens instantly now in my bank account. maybe years ago there was a problem but today they are the number 1 as a credit union. Company is an utter joke. You have member of staff who is as far as I'm convinced a robot. Generic copy and paste replies. Despite asking specific things. Have to follow up with a other email or 2 to finally get an update. As far as the loans process goes, it's not quick. And the goal posts change for sure. So first it's an emergency as vehicle broke down and I need to work. Yea it's been 5 days. 4 of those days has been documents rejected. Despite using the same format and same process as I previously have done before. They ask for something, I provided it. Nope. Rejected. Today they were rejected (at 9am) but didnt even tell me! Could have sorted it by the afternoon but no it took numerous attempts to actually speak to someone and get info. Frustration here is unreal!

They won't help you even if you're a member and have a weekly savings so it's better not to save anymore as they're very picky on who they can lend, maybe if you have a saving of at least a grand then maybe only maybe but to tell you the truth they're not of any help even if you become homeless there's no hope and help, I really thought they can be a lifesaver for someone like me looking for a new place to move to because my landlord is now bankrupt and he's selling up all his property and I'm desperate for someone to lend me enough to buy a fridge freezer and washing machine and cooker and bed but no help so it's better to just never ask again from this CommSave that take weekly money from us as they'll make interest on the money we save but they can't help their own members struggling to find a new place to move to so so bad

Horrible attitude, inefficient, don't answer inquiries. Try to give you the feeling that you are lucky we are answering your call. And the staff not even financially educated.
