Very supportive and sympathetic when dealing with my cat's death. Also went above and beyond to get her mementos to us.

The Vet we saw with our cat on arrival was very helpful and friendly. Reception staff , on the phone, were a little more abrupt. Also a pity they didn't confirm my wife's full telephone number as whilst the last 3 digits were correct they had some incorrect details also so call backs could not be made to her and they didn't think to call me. We were also not made aware of a new medication the cat had been prescribed, when we collected her, or it's possible side effects, nor indeed why it had been prescribed. Our local vet was also unsure why this particular pain relief might have been given. However, overall we were pleased with the care given, albeit expensive.

Great service, I rang at 2am as I was having difficulties with my dams milk supply to her babies. They were really reassuring, providing us with lots on helpful information and let us pick up puppy formula at 3 am.

Cannot fault this place. Last night I brought my dog in who was very unwell with possible toxic poisoning, seen straight away and treatment started, 8 hours later he's home and feeling much better
