        Unlike Mr Berrington I had a perfect experience when I returned a 2 year old LED batten which had failed. After checking it out a replacement was provided with good grace. In general I have found the staff here to be knowledgable and pleasant.

        Went to change a bulb that was supposed to be guaranteed very reluctant to change it not very polite will go elsewhere

        I was looking for some Edison light bulbs and I found the shop to be extremely nice and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very knowledgeable about the products which helped me out immensely. I will be returning as prices were very reasonable indeed.

        I have never been to this shop before until today. I suppose the parking on the Wellingborough Road always put me off. I found the staff there very knowledgeable and helpful and the prices very good. I shall be returning there in the future.
