        Cleaned my chinos but pressed them as if they were jeans. No crease! I took them back 5 minutes later and the arrogant assistant tried to say that they were another pair! Then that they'd re press them but really it was my fault for not saying how I wanted them to be done!! Totally incompetent. Arrogant and grudging service. Going to press them myself. Won't be using them again. They haven't got the first idea.

        Didn't clean my coat !!!! and refused to do it when I come back once I checked it. Reason - I didn't check it in store when was collecting Avoid them they are thieves!!!!!
