Ordered 8 windows from Best buys, they are very selfish when it comes to business. Had 2 faulty window pans and the order was within 12 months manufacturers warranty, when it comes to replacement they failed to meet consumers Act and could not replace the faulty window pans, simply because we did not chose them to fit our windows, they said.The reason why we went with a different supplier is they were extensive. In regards to replacing the 2 window pans they were charging more money on top of spending thousands of pounds when we bought our windows from them. Avoid if you do not want disappointment in case you will find yourself in my shoes.

Brilliant! I have just had all my windows and doors replaced and they look amazing. Everything about the company was excellent, from the initial contact through to the installation. Nothing was too much trouble for the fitters, Ian and Lee who did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this company.

Used this company a few times over recent years (replacement windows, new front porch and replacement conservatory door). Throughout all my experience with this company they have been helpful, provided guidance where needed and even made suggestions that improved the functionality of the finished project. Work has always been completed according to schedule and to a satisfactory standard.

I used Bestbuy to replace all my windows, external doors, and canopy over front door. All the staff I dealt with were friendly, polite & professional. They quoted me an extremely competitive price, and were very helpful in giving me all the info I needed to make a decision. The installers did a fantastic job, and cleaned up after themselves every day. I am very pleased with the job, and would use again if i ever move house. I highly recommend Bestbuy Home Improvements.

WARNING!!!!!! This company have refused to repair my bifold doors claiming I had abused the doors, it was windy or bad use! The company have been called out on 3 occasions on none of those times did they fix the problem! The owner was extremely rude and got quite abusive! He then claimed I did not buy the doors from him! Yes I did hang up on him at one point as I was getting nowhere with his attitude. The engineer arrived at my door with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth on one occasion, very professional! Problem still not rectified his only response was for me to pay 500 for new hinges!!! Googled hinges 45 each not sure where he was getting his from. PLEASE READ REVIEWS
