        Approached Park Lane windows for a garden room. Messed around and never ever received a quote despite chasing. Emailed the company regarding the poor service I received, never bothered to reply. Don't waste ur time with this company, they clearly don't want the work.

        Had the pleasure of meetng sales person Scott Fleming who talked me and my wife through the different options available to us who is extremly knowledgeable and patient as we were not sure what the best way forward was for us. Scott put us at ease straight away and we are now very happy with our new windows and doors. I would 100% recommend Parklane Windows and Scott to anyone. Top guys and top service.
