I feel so sorry for the staff - they seem to be understaffed, takes ages to get through, no one ever seems to have updated the notes properly, when updated meds were changed I keep getting deliveries with old not new dosage, they then waste money delivering same day or next day because they are always running behind. Used to be good but last few months have been terrible ! Wish I could use someone else

Used to be very good, now impossible to make contact and ALWAYS chasing for life saving medication. I absolutely dread coming towards the end of my medication supply as its the same circus and worry trying to get my next delivery. Theres been times I have had to make emergency visits to hospital pharmacies as Alcura leave everything to the last second every single time. Your call is important to us and well answer as soon as possible. Employ more staff.
