        Dentist when private and practice didn't inform me (only told when I phoned up and got the hard sell to go private). Very poor.

        I've been very pleased with my treatment, I haven't been to the dentist in a very long time and was worried I would be told off. I had broken a tooth and also needed a new denture. Everyone was so kind and helpful and Jen is just lovely and explains everything.
