        My parcel was tracked as arrived, when I came to pick it up - the staff was saying that it didn't. The lady was very ignorant. I'm not pleased at all

        A package arrives, you pick it up. No need to wait in all day for a courier to simply drive passed your house and claim he rang the bell. Brilliant.
