How do you even contact this place to speak to them? Number not in use, any complaints completely ignored yet council tax has been increased!? Our recycling bin hasnt been collected twice in a raw now with little signs on the bin, that I only noticed today, to say plastic bags are not allowed in this bin, but other plastic is???? What are you supposed to do with plastic bags throw them on a street?? Most of these bags have a note on them made from recyclable plastic, recycle when youre done with it yet not allowed in a recycling bin? We are talking about saving a planet, yet this is definitely going to save NOTHING I wouldnt pay a penny if I could

This has to be the worst council ever. If I could give -5 stars I would. No one seems to care about your case. They literally think to themselves oh its not my problem so I dont care. I could write a 15,000 word dissertation and pass with flying colours as to why this council is useless in every aspect. These are the kind of things which makes me realise how useless the UK actually is now.

This is by far the worst experience of a life time . I have been left traumatised by Northamptonshire Council . Still finding it hard to believe that a service as poor and inefficient as this is allowed to still exist in Great Britain . Its an absolute disgrace of a local authority . !! Special needs children have been neglected by the Council . They are pushing them into mainstream school which arent designed and equipped for special needs . Its heartbreaking to say the least . Anyone know how to complain to the counsellors or some higher authority please ? This should not be allowed to continue . Innocent children are missing out in education they deserve.

-Needs improving its services in collecting bins paid by the public via council tax. Sometimes bins are being missed despite being left outside the property. -Many roads are been neglected, needing work done with dangerous potholes that have been reported. -Residents are seeking New Nursery/Schools in new development areas such as new estates, sadly there is not enough for the increased population. -Brackley is seeking activities/support for the elderly and Young not just one off, it needs to be frequent. -Electric Car Chargers to be implemented in town centre to help the environment and support those with EV. (Some supermarkets are alright doing this). -The new public toilets are good and well maintained, thanks. -Brackley council is professional and the staff is friendly, it simply needs moving forward like every good town with its facilities. Thanks for reading .

Be prepared to have your words interpreted the way they want. And then they will ask you, is that what you meant? It's better to avoid being in this building at all. Always read all information on the letters they send you. And if you happen to read this, read all information that is written in lower case letters afterwards all your life.
