Capita PIP

Easy to find, there is a car park up the next road along, we walked up from the multi storey, friendly receptionist, the lady I saw was friendly, polite, whilst still being professional with her questions . Wasn't made to feel ill at ease or uncomfortable.

I had a recent PIP reassessment here and can say the place was easy to find, easy to park at and the staff were lovely Unlike the one in my hometown of nottingham, thank goodness i moved here lol

Considering this is a place where disabled people go. I found it hard to get to, as although plenty of busses went passed. There was not a bus stop on either side of the road. The slope to get in and out of the building was difficult to manage, some of the internal doors were they hard to open and not really wide enough to get through and finally I did not see a disabled toilet facility. So all in all not a building really fit for use for disabled people.
