What a terrible business, please be warned and be cautious when getting onboard with people like this. Shocking, do your homework before parting with your money.

Terrible customer service. The 0800 phone number they give out doesn't even ring let alone get answered. Technicians are sent out with an 8am to 6pm arrival time. No one rings you to say morning or evening, the technician doesn't ring before he/she arrives to warn you to be ready for them. What if you aren't available to open the door at the moment they arrive.... very worrying.
