I don't very often do this but on this occasion I felt I had no alternative. I have just visited the Derby store and was met by Kieron who, despite being behind the trade counter, came out to help me to look for the item I was wanting. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful (not always typical in today's world !), and led me precisely to what I wanted. When I returned home and tried to place my online order I had a problem and called the Derby depot, Keiron answered and again was absolutely first class in helping me and he took my order efficiently and also went the extra mile to explain what I could do if the items I purchased were not quite sufficient for my needs. A fantastic employee, if only everyone was like this !
