Absolutely terrible company to deal with, after many calls telling this company not to pursue a claim they carried on. Persistently calling they left threatening messages of bailiffs, messages saying they had secured an agreement of over 1000 it was infact only 100. That wasn't the only bit of information they got wrong. We was told a manager would call us back but no one called. Very incompetent company steer clear.

I contacted 3DM legal about my late mothers ppi I was told they don't deal with that type of claim. Asked them to close the case. Then again I had to ask as they keep sending me emails and paperwork, and still it goes on. Now I will be contacting the financial ombudsman about this harassment.

I put my trust in this company to sort out my PPI claim. They have done nothing but mess me around constantly send me paperwork I've already sent back, send me emails I can't reply to. And when you get emails after they have told you it's too late to continue with the claim, you ring and get "bless you" which is so patronising. Stay clear of this company if you need anything doing!
