Lucy and the team at Clarity were absolutely brilliant, considering this is my first time purchasing a property and having little to no knowledge the team consistent were always supporting me. Despite a deadline given by higher chain to exchange before Christmas the team went one step ahead managed to achieve completion which I was totally not expecting. Really good communication and replied fairly quickly to emails. I am really pleased thank you all for making my first purchase possible. Would definitely use you guys again! Have a great Xmas and New Year - Antony

We moved with Clarity and we couldnt have been happier with the service provided by Maurice and his team They dealt with a difficult move with efficiency and professionalism Also big thanks to Amy for getting us over the line !

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Avoid them like the plague, they sit on enquiries for 11+ days even though we chased everyday. The week of completion, they sent the wrong form to Land registry and blamed them for the delay, finding out when I phoned them that actually yet again, clarity were at fault and to top it off, they lied to me which is against the solicitors code of conduct. The staff continuously changed with no warning so our case was passed around and no one knew what was going on. Always good to see they dont learn when they sit on your deeds from Land Registry too and you STILL have to chase them months later. Avoid them if you dont want months of headaches when selling your house! Oh, and theyre rude!

Clarity dealt with my house sale and purchase of new one. The process did seem slow at times however I do appreciate that staff levels were lower due to covid and also busy with everyone trying to beat the stamp duty fiasco. Whenever I spoke on the phone to anyone they were always nice to speak and answer any queries Katie was lovely when I eventually spoke to her toward the end of the process. I haven't given full stars simply because lack of communication, sometimes I felt I was chasing. As I stated before I understand the busy time but someone to send a few emails or call to let you know everything was still ticking along would have gone a long way. Overall I would use them again in the event of selling/buying although after this year I don't plan on moving for a very long time Well done also to David Lewis, who responded to my desperate emails and called with an overall update at the final stages
