        Very poor cervis and unfriendly staff. Hermes never works, although other stores have accepted parcels

      • The Castle Prince.

        Returned an item from Hermes on boxing day. They stated that they wouldn't take them till the 28th !! Attended a local Tesco express and guess what ? The item was taken straight away.
