Alan Howarth is a rare and precious amidst in a sea of computer repair pop ups! In an era where we have sadly lost so many trusted tradesmen - genuine service helpers, customer service and mature people with real experience under their belt; when I felt like anything outside a major retail chain was as risky as the old 'used car salesman' experience - Alan has renewed my faith again. Alan is a quiet, genuine, mature and gentle-man offering real service, knowledgeable skill, customer care and flexibility. He is very adaptive and creative in his problem solving, with broad capabilities, a quiet confidence and has never yet been unable to save my day! He is very patient and kind with my ignorant and repeated questions (unlike many younger, speedy gonzales' who can make me feel very inadequate). Alan doesn't give up, leaving no stone unturned when working on a problem, with helpful suggestions and links if alternative routes are needed. He is good at advising you honestly, putting your particular requirements/preferences uppermost, and speaking your language, whatever your tekkie level. Remote access is just THE BEST for when I can't get to Alan in person. I can highly recommend this competent and trustworthy, independent computer expert for his excellent computer support and problem solving service.
