        I would give zero stars if i could! Once you do speak to someone, they are unbelievably RUDE! So unhelpful!

        Horrible experience with unhelpful staff. They have been posting penalty fees to my old address for years, even if DVLA knows my current address since I moved in. I drive a diesel car and a remote city council started to put "green charge" on diesel vehicles. No sign, no text messages, or anything that suggests that I have to pay when I crossed that zone. Now, the bailiff is intimidating me to visit my home. I called TEC and when they realized that they sent the letters to the wrong address, no apologies, nothing I could expect just provided me with a ridiculous appeal form.I filled it and sent back, but have not heard anything since. The only letter I received is the bailiff visit again.
