I suffer from lower back pain, and a friend recommeded this Chiropractic Clinic. First visit, Dr Nav Khuttan discussed with me my symptoms and assesed not just the lower back where I suffered with pain, but upper back and sciatica nerves as he explained the issue could be there. Dr Khuttan explained the reason for the pain was due to muscle tightness, and this was causing muscles to spasm. At this point I would be off work sick. I was recommended some excercises that will help ease the tightness. In addition to the excercises, I go for regular sessions which has kept me moving freely, and havent had any severe back muscle spasms for over 2 years.

Top quality service when I visited this place, I was off work due to my back just going on me so I was recommended to visit here for advice and treatment which I did, and Recieved a very in depth explanation on why its happened and what I need to do in future. I took this on board along with some physio sessions and never had the problem since thank you
