I recently began a 3-year lease of a Fiat 500e Icon with Northampton Motorvogue Fiat on the Motability scheme. I cannot say I'm anything less than outstandingly impressed with their communication and service. Stefan, my salesman, has been absolutely brilliant; he has always been on the ball with communication, and is always looking out for me with good deals and extra information. Amazing experience.

New Alfa stelvio delivered by a very helpful Mike last Saturday who went through any queries I had. The whole purchase experience was a very smooth process. I was looked after by Stefan Vass who was very friendly and helpful and gave me a very fair price in my part exchange. I would thoroughly recommend motorvogue Northampton and in particular Stefan Vass to anyone who wants to buy a new or used car.

Extremely disappointed in my most recent visit. I had a warning light and was told that I do not have warranty to which I did, they also sked for 500 in fixing one wire. I was also told that my car service quote is 900, for Fiat Abarth! I told them that I cannot afford such a sum in one go and asked for them to review price but was told that there is nothing they can do. I bought my car from them so was utterly disappointed in this as I won`t be returning to this dealership again. Be warned when you buy cars from them. As when I got my Abarth I didn't check it properly but it looks like my car was painted inside the boot and it looked differently than the factory made it initially. They also said that they have refurbished my alloys from prev owner but all they done was painted it over and during time the paint warned out, and they had decency to say that my allows are scratched in the most recent health check! I regret buying my car from them as they are very crafty, 0 care towards the customer and prices that no other garage have heard of charging for the car service... Please do not go to this dealership in Northampton.

As a Motability customer, my wife popped into the garage where she spoke with Vince. She outlined what she wanted from the car and the finance and Vince not only listened but delivered more than she was expecting! Vince dealt with the finance quickly and even managed to get the car ready for her to drive away the day after our initial visit. We are both so pleased with the car and the service, thank you Vince.

We purchased our Abarth in apparently - immaculate condition nearly 2 years ago. Car had already some job done to its boot as our mate noticed paint over one part which didn't look like original factory paint. True, our fault by not noticing but this dealership didn't declare it either. We would not know this but our friend who knows about cars spotted that. We had instant issues with car breaks and alloys were promised to be fully refurbished from the previous owner but they only got painted over and now its all coming off, poor. The issue with boot come to live now and they dare to ask for 500 for one wire to be fixed... A local garage done that for free as the wire only needed to be extended...Really disappointed and definitely regretting buying our car from them. They have no interest in keeping you as a customer.
