I bought a stunning Juke from Bristol Street Nissan Northampton, which is an absolutely perfect car!
When I explained to Matt what I was looking for he understood me totally and showed me the car I bought, fits perfectly.
Can't reccomend Matt Sidey and everyone at Bristol Street Motors Nissan enough.

OK so then a few weeks later I'm driving on the m1 with my children and my alternator belt snaps off this was a scary situation as I've never experienced a break down or anything like the noise it made. I had a mechanic rescue me and look at my car, he told me at a major service the wear on that belt should have been noted (it hadn't I checked the paperwork when I got home and just a tick in the box).
I called kettering nissan and the man that answered told me yes they check that and report any wear. So I called Northampton, the service manager called me back. I could tell she was not going to help me already as she said "I remember your feedback from the repair" I asked her if they check that belt on the major service, her response was that they don't remove it no (not what I asked) I told her what happened and there was no empathy or care she just said if we have it back we can't do until May!! Very helpful I'm not sure if any parent working full time could be without a car for that long. I just told her I would take it elsewhere. It looks like from reviews they treat you well if you are spending thousands on a new car but don't care so much about older car repairs or services.
I will not use this garage for repairs or future purchases and have made sure my friends, family and colleagues are aware of how I was treated.
