He provided an estimate for my home extension, then once we had the plans drawn up, he provided a fixed quote and we set a date for my extension to start. Everything seemed fine.
He knew I was relying on him and that I have an illness made worse with stress.
When the start date was approaching, I tried to contact him to ensure everything was ok and was chasing him for references.
He ignored all of the calls, texts and emails. No apology, no explanation, nothing.
I had to find another builder, which took ages to sort out.
If you want a decent, reliable builder, steer clear of this one!
He has no morals
