        I decided to give this place a try seeing as I have been to a few places and stayed for a little while but always been I wanted more well it seems this place is just that. The atmosphere when I first walked in was sooo relaxed and you didnt have all the eyeballs on you seeing as your a newbie I was very fortunate to be paired with a brilliant boxer called Josh and he spent the time with me to just basically point out a small thing I needed to do love this place so far the coaches really know their stuff so onwards and upwards for me and with a cracking team like this behind me I think Im going to get to where I wish to be

        An absolute amazing gym with a great atmosphere. Ive known the coach (James) who used to travel to Bedford to do a few boxing sessions there. So happy and proud of the team that hes got around and what hes built. Got all the trust in the world in himself and the team around me - always bringing out the best confidence in yourself, regardless of age, skill and gender. Great gym, great people, great atmosphere. Couldnt recommend higher even if I could. Top class
