I am very pleased with the Venetian blinds and perfect blinds fitted to my whole house - stunning and fantastic quality at a very competitive price. Neil is very knowledgeable and gives great recommendations. Fitting by Neil and Craig was neat and clean. I cant recommend VM blinds highly enough - professional, friendly and absolutely impeccable service from consultation to installation. We used VM blinds and shutters for patio door and bay window blinds after seeing many recommendations for them on Spotted Duston on Facebook. I wasn't sure what type blinds I wanted, but the sales man who came over was helpful and knowledgable with his suggestions. The fitter was super friendly, did a good job, neat finish and the blinds are very good quality, which I'm happy with. Short while after our blinds were fitted we needed our bay window replaced so the blinds and fittings needed to be temporarily removed, we ended up needing a hand putting the blinds back on. I messaged the company and Vickie replied within minutes, arranged a fitter to come out within a couple of days. They fitted the blinds back on for us free of charge. Just goes to show that they really care about their customers. We've had a lot of house improvements done on our house so we've dealt with a lot of workmen/companies, I must say that these guys are one of the most friendly, punctual and reliable I have dealt with. Thank you for going the extra mile for us it's really appreciated. We will definitely use this company in future and reccomend to others

Highly recommend VM Blinds & Shutters! We love love LOVE our new bespoke (and huge) thermal blind! Great service, advice and quick turnaround - so pleased with the results - oh and such a clean and tidy install! Really pleased and on the first night we already felt the warmth difference! Wish wed done this sooner Thank you so much!!

Just had our blinds fitted today and they look fantastic! The service provided was flawless and Neill and the team were brilliant every step of the way. Will definitely be using them again when other rooms are finished. I would recommend them to anyone!
